Mold and tool repair machine, also known in the industry as mold surface mount repair machine. It is often used for processing defects such as local wear, mold cracks, excessive cutting, dimensional deviations, edge and corner damage, and insufficient welding that occur during the use of tools and molds. It can adhere thin welding sheets such as stainless steel (0.05-0.20mm) to the surface of the workpiece, and the maximum thickness of each adhesion is equivalent to the thickness of the welding sheet. Welding powder (or processing waste chips) can also be filled into the defect area (such as pores and sand holes), and then repaired after discharge. This cold welding machine generates very little heat overall when repairing workpieces, thus avoiding the disadvantages of traditional welding such as deformation, cracking and discoloration. It is particularly suitable for repairing fine workpieces and those that cannot be repaired by high-temperature welding.
